4. International Nautical Competition was held between 06-11 November 2000 with the participation of TURKEY, U.S.A., AZERBAIJAN, BULGARIA, FRANCE, The NETHERLANDS, UNITED KINGDOM, SWEDEN, ITALY, POLAND, ROMANIA and RUSSIAN FEDERATION in four categories, namely: swimming, sailing, seamanship and naval pentathlon.

SWIMMING COMPETITION
Four Sportsmen from each team participated in the swimming competition held in four categories, namely: 200m medley, 100 m freestyle, 100 m breaststroke and 4x100 m freestyle relay.

SAILING COMPETITION
One participant from each team raced with “LASER” class boats in Tuzla for 60 minutes according to 97-2000 (ISAF) regulations.

Two participants from each team competed in "Line Throwing" and "Knotting".
