ABSTRACT

As a result of the recently developments in technology, it has been necessary for the institutions to plan their budgets the best way possible. The budgets that the institutions have, are limited with both their own resources and the fiscal sources that the more authorized institutions allocate. The budget/appropriation that is used, is influenced by not only institutions needs, but also some external factors. (such as economic crisis, Gross National Product, ...)

One of these institutions is the Ministry of National Defence. The appropriations allocated to Ministry of National Defence are related to many macro factors. The influence of these macro factors on the appropriations that are allocated to Ministry of National Defence, depends on the mathematical model between the variables. The aim of this project is to discover the mathematical model which shows the influence of the change in the variables on the appropriations that are allocated to Ministry of National Defence.
